Our J-STD certified harness technicians have experience manufacturing harnesses for some of the world's most challenging conditions including Low Earth OrbitMilitary Aircraft and Industrial Test and Measurement.


SV has over 15 years of complex harness experience ranging from pure-play RF harnesses to complex mixed-signal, multi-leg bundles. Be it build-to-print or design-to-spec, we want to be your harness partner of choice.

Harness Capabilities

SV has a strong heritage in creating both pure RF Microwave Harnesses as well as Mixed Signal Harnesses that combine a variety of inputs like digital, quadrax, power and RF/optical combinations. All of SV's harnesses can support the full spectrum of harness interfaces including:

IP67 Circular Harness Capabilities

SV Microwave now offers complete, end-to-end IP67-rated harness solutions, ideal for rugged, "outside-the-box" applications like soldier-worn manpack radios that are exposed to harsh environmental conditions such as water, sand, and dust.


Our IP67-rated D38999 circular connectors ensure protection from water ingress for 30 minutes at a depth of up to one meter when mated. Crucially, we have also developed solutions to protect the other "loose ends" of the harness, which can be configured to be IP-rated in both mated and unmated conditions, often utilizing a dust cap. This provides a full, one-stop-shop solution for our customers.


SV has developed an in-house, ROHS compliant potting and overmolding method that allows for excellent thermal cycling stability while meeting all MIL-STD-202 environmental requirements required by our customers in the defense market. Additionally, SV can qualify these products to a variety of customer requirements.
