Subi Katragadda, General Manager
Subi is the General Manager of SV Microwave and a member of Holding Capital Group (HCG). Prior to his role as GM, Subi was the Business Unit Manager for the commercial and signal processing component divisions of the Company. He also previously served roles in product line management, business development, IT management and financial/business analysis since joining the Company in 1995. During 2000-2002, Subi also served as Chief Technology Officer for 401KExchange.com, an internet startup investment for HCG. He received an MBA from Texas A&M University and a Master of Electrical Engineering degree with an emphasis in Microwave Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
Doug Snader, Director of Sales & Marketing
Doug joined SV Microwave in 2004 and has over 25 years of RF Microwave industry experience. Doug graduated from the University of Richmond with a double major: BS in Physics and Math. He began his career in the microwave industry as a microwave engineer for Micro-Coax Components where he spent seven years and was promoted to Product Manager. He then spent the next ten years at M/A-COM Antenna & Cable Division, through various roles as in Sales and Marketing Management. He next made the move to Tru-Connector Corporation where he began as Sales Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Chuck Brunelas, Director of Operations
Chuck has over 20 years experience in the defense contractor and commercial electronics industry and held senior level positions in Quality and Operations with Alpha Industries, JTech Inc., Sensormatic Inc. and BAE Systems. Chuck brings expertise in Continuous Improvement and Change Management, specifically in Customer Focused Quality Systems, Statistical Process Controls and Lean Principles. Chuck attended the University of Lowell in Lowell, MA and received a BS in Industrial Management and an MBA in Operations.
Julie Raymond, Controller
Julie joined SV Microwave in 2002 and has served in various roles in Accounting, Human Resources and IT before becoming Controller in 2008. She has extensive experience in cost accounting, inventory management, financial analysis and project management. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Florida CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Steve Wirth, Engineering Manager
Steve joined the company in 1985 and has served various roles in quality and engineering prior to becoming Engineering Manager in 2009. Steve has extensive design experience in his previous roles as principal engineer and senior design engineer. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanographic Technology from Florida Institute of Technology.
Ruth Vandall, Quality Manager
Ruth joined SV Microwave in 1999 and has over 35 years of Electronics/Military Manufacturing experience. Ruth spent the first 25 yrs of her career at Philips Components/Vishay Sprague in the Capacitor Manufacturing division. During her tenure, she progressed from an assembler up to Senior Design Engineer. Currently she leads the SV Quality Assurance Department, has Six Sigma Greenbelt certifications from Lockheed Martin and SV Microwave, is trained in statistical process control, applied industrial statistics and design of experiments and has over 30 years experience supporting marketing and customer service in military applications on all technical issues.
